Federal Administrative Advocacy

Presentation designed to teach law students practical skills and the ins-and-outs of federal-level administrative advocacy. By the end of this presentation, students understood (1) administrative procedure and process; (2) how to navigate the federal register; (3) the various kinds of comments; (4) how LGBTQ-rights lawyers/organizations decide when to file a public comment; and (5) what a public comment in response to a federal notice may look like in its final state.
